Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields
At least 3 to 5 years of industrial sales experience (preferably in the field of elevators, construction equipment or construction projects)
Familiarity with elevator components, types of systems (gearbox, gearless, hydraulic), and common industry terminology
Experience in project sales (B2B) and end customer (B2C)
Ability to negotiate and close large construction contracts
Familiarity with the tendering process and corporate price inquiries
Fluent in English Language
Proficiency in Office and CRM software for customer relationship management
Persistent, goal-oriented, strong communication skills, ability to deliver technical presentations to customers
Identify potential customers (construction contractors, engineering companies, commercial complexes)
Providing expert advice on choosing the right type of elevator or escalator for the project
Preparing and presenting proforma invoices, contracts, and technical-financial proposals
Attending technical-commercial meetings with employers and project consultants
Continuous collaboration with the technical and engineering team to respond to the employer's needs
Follow up on the sales process from the inquiry stage to contract signing and project delivery
Competitor and market analysis to provide sales reports and development strategies
